“I believe in things of beauty…do you?” — Hothouse Flowers
Thank you for visiting the Works of Heart Photography blog! I’m Beth Hulsizer, the photographer, and I’m happy to share my photos with you!
I’ve loved photography ever since I was a child flipping through my parents’ Life Magazine. I didn’t become serious about photography until after college when I bought my first 35mm camera, a Pentax K-1000. I’ve since moved on to digital and have taken many photography courses over the years. One thing I know for sure is that my strength is in composition — I have yet to master the technical aspects of photography but just enjoy capturing something beautiful when I see it!
Within the past few years, I’ve begun selling my work in the form of blank notecards and enlargements at a local summer Gardeners Market in Wallingford, Connecticut from July to September. I’ve also been lucky enough and honored to display my work at local businesses in Wallingford and New Haven, Connecticut. I’m hoping to get my Etsy shop up and running again soon.
If you’re interested in buying any of my images, feel free to message me at worksofheart@snet.net.
Thank you!
