Easter Sunday Tulip Bloom

“Never yet was a springtime, when the buds forgot to bloom.”—Margaret Elizabeth Sangster
The beautiful tulip given to me by a friend decided to bloom this Easter Sunday.  Although I’m not a religious person, I believe in the story of Easter and and this holiday always gives me hope.  Memories of new Easter dresses and sometimes a fancy hat come to mind.  This blooming tulip is a symbol of the newness of Spring and the hope that comes with it.  Happy Easter!
